Our Return Policy
Items shipped from LinearSlotDiffusers.com, including Texas Buildmart, or Buildmart LLC, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment, in most cases. Once items have been received, customer will be given their refund or replacement(3). Customers will pay for return shipping unless they request a return label, which we will provide but a shipping fee will be deducted from their final return.
Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

1. What do I need to return items ordered by mistake, damaged items, or incorrect items?
Ensure you enclose and secure the item(s) when making a return. We need the correct item returned in order to grant a refund.
To protect our associates and customers, LinearSlotDiffusers.com disposes of incorrect/mistaken returned items. If you sent an incorrect item to us, contact Customer Service as soon as possible. We can’t guarantee your item will be found and returned, and we don’t provide compensation for any incorrect/mistaken return disposed of.
NOTE: If packaging is damaged please refuse the delivery, if you received it please send us pictures at sales@texasbuildmart.com with your ORDER NUMBER so we can assist you in beginning a claim with the shipping company on your behalf.
2. Seller Return/Shipping Policy
If you are sending the item within the continental United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to us with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we recommend USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover the expense.
Note: We recommend taking pictures of the contents inside the package you are sending before you send them back to our warehouse, as proof of the contents being in good condition, in the rare case of the package being damaged or lost before reaching our warehouse. 3. Our Refund Policy
Once the item(s) are received at our warehouse, it will take 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed.
Once we issue a refund, please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement.
If we sent you a wrong item, we will send you a return label to print and attach the package at our expense.
If the error was on the customer's side, we will assist in sending you a return label at the customer's expense and will be deducted from the final amount.
4. What do I need to return items that were sent to me by mistake?
